RecallFill provides an automated notification system that detects calendar cancellations and broadcasts availability to a Customer's patient waitlist via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.3. Payments and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy provides customer service regarding payment inquiries and handles all payment processing, tax collection, and subscription billing.4. Healthcare Data and Compliance
RecallFill is a communication middleware, not an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Patient Consent: Customers (the clinic/provider) are strictly responsible for obtaining necessary prior consent from their patients to receive SMS, WhatsApp, or email notifications regarding appointment availability.
Data Minimization: We only collect the minimum data required to facilitate the Service (Patient Name and Phone Number/Email). Customers must not upload or transmit sensitive Protected Health Information (PHI) or detailed medical records through the Service.5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. RecallFill does not guarantee that every canceled slot will be filled. RecallFill shall not be held liable for any lost revenue, missed appointments, delayed SMS delivery by third-party carriers, or technical downtime. In no event shall RecallFill's aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by the Customer in the past three (3) months.6. Account Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your billing dashboard. RecallFill reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or use the Service to send unsolicited spam.
